I think Erik’s documentary was overlooked a little too much by most people. Aside from concussions, knee/tendon/non-contact related injuries cause the most harm and affect you for life. This some something that is truly a problem and he did a good job educating us on things that will help you avoid those types of injures. For example, supplements, foods, alignment, and strengthening certain areas. These are all very helpful and should be kept in mind throughout our lives whether were playing sports or just occasionally working out and living our lives. Concussions are difficult to prevent, non-contact related injuries are easier to get and easier to prevent.
