A lot of current celebrities and a lot of people on social media felt that Meek Mill was being treated unfairly, and they started the #FreeMeekMill hashtag. On April 25, 2018, Meek Mill was released from prison.

I think its interesting to see the influence that the people have over the government and how this tech era allows the people the platform to have their voices heard
