Oscar grant

  On January 1st 2009, officers of BART responded to call that there was a fight at one of Oakland subway car. 20 people where arrested that were involved with the fight, one of them was Oscar who was un armed and not involved in the fight. He approached the police in a nonviolence matter, police made him back up against the wall. In the video that was released in 2010 it showed Oscar kneeling  and pleading to the police, people around him were asking the police not to shoot Oscar. The police officers didn't listen and restraint him and pinned him down and shot him in the back.
