Homeless Man Was Arrested Because He Was Trying To Stay Warm

Long story short a homeless man was arrested because he started a small fire to keep him self warm. The police were contacted by a near by house owner that was scared the fire might go wild. The area was surrounded by dead leaves and low-hanging tree branches. the man was arrested on arson charges for unlawfully starting a fire and violating his probation. He is in the Santa Clara County jail and being held with no bail.
