Chefs

I've been watching this new documentary show Ugly Delicious which I think relates really quite perfectly with the time that we live in and shows generation differences. The show has a cool camera change idea in one of their episodes showing the pizza ambassador leaders stating that it is not pizza unless we approve. The camera will then cut to these pizza chefs that are pushing the meaning of pizza. These chefs then talk about how their food is very much their personality or "a part of them on a plate." They speak of how todays chef verse last generations chef is a complete 180 since todays chefs are somewhat rebellious and very much part inventor compared to last generations chefs that were very much by the book and very traditional. I think its a good view of society today since everyone is pushing the boundaries in their fields especially in technology where ethical questions have begun to be brought up.
