Should Students Be Able To Grade Their Teachers?
In high school, there are 180 days we spend in school. We are overwhelmed with stress and loads of school work, all for a letter grade. We've all had good teachers and bad teachers. The only time we get any input on how our teachers are doing is at the end of the year in an anonymous survey that is very generalized. I feel like how they do as a teacher is just as important as how we do as a student. Do you feel like we should be able to grade our teachers?

I think that the anonymous survey could be a good thing. I have had a few teachers that i believe have been unfair. After a couple bad surveys of a teacher, the school should take in account that many students have a problem and have a meeting withe the teacher. At the same time this could be bad because the students could potentially take advantage of this.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I think we should have anonymous surveys. I think that some things teachers do could be either unfair so by having surveys maybe it could change them.
