Should teachers in the US be given pistols to use in times similar to school shootings. Should teachers be given a mental test before given the weapon and taken courses on how to use a gun. Personally I dont feel safe if anyone of my teachers had gun with them becasue of the fact that at any moment you could piss them off and they could kill you. Also from a teachers perspective it puts a lot of pressure on them to feel that since they have a pistol they should defend each one of their students in these types of situations. If this does end up happening and teachers are given pistols, I think we should raise their salary since the average teacher gets paid 40,000 a year. I think we should really consider maybe not banning guns but finding a way to not sell ammunition to certain people or we need more intensive background checks.

Teachers with Pistols?
Should teachers in the US be given pistols to use in times similar to school shootings. Should teachers be given a mental test before given the weapon and taken courses on how to use a gun. Personally I dont feel safe if anyone of my teachers had gun with them becasue of the fact that at any moment you could piss them off and they could kill you. Personally, I believe that teachers shouldn't receive guns because it will cause problems and only give more stress to students in the school.
ReplyDeleteI believe that if a teachers was trained for school shooter i would feel more protected. But i also have that dought that says what will stop the teacher from shooting a kid that gives him attitude.
