Juvenile's Sentenced To LWOP

Something that America doesn't deal with a lot but it's an issue is that teenagers committing horrific crimes like killing their own family members or going out killing others for money or a robbery gone wrong. Some say that teen killers should be sentenced to life-without-parole but some argue that teens should be given another chance in the world due to them being young and how much knowledge they have about life. There is scientific proof that the brains between teens and adults are different and the way they act in the same situations, but others say that teens do know what they are doing and just use the excuse that they are young and they don't think right.
