State of Missouri v. Darren Wilson
After listening to the many presentations of the volume of the case regarding the death of Michael Brown I feel like no concrete conclusions can be made. Every witness has some sort of discrepancy to their point of view and different recollection of the scene. Some people even changed their stories after reading articles and listening to other people's opinions. Because there was no way to know exactly what was going on, I don't think Wilson could be charged with anything. Even though he shot Michael Brown much more than was needed, I feel as though Wilson could have felt endangered because Brown was known to be a little bit aggressive and had committed a crime. It is a tragedy that someone's life was taken, but if you were in Wilson's position and feared for your life wouldn't you do the same?
