U.S. vs. North Korea: Nuclear War Warning

Recently the United States and South Korea has engaged in war games over near Korea which is something they do every year. "A military exercise or war game is the employment of military resources in training for military operations, either exploring the effects of warfare or testing strategies without actual combat." Of course, Kim Jong Un was not pleased with these military training strategies being so close to his territory and especially when it starts not long after a successful launch of a North Korean ICBM (Intercontinental Ballistic Missile). The capital of North Korea released a statement saying that President Trump was running wild and didn't like how South Korea was being used for puppet war. The United States says that these training exercises were in place to strengthen the peace and security on the Korean peninsula. North Korea has offered to freeze all nuclear missile operations if the United States ceases these joint drills with South Korea. This deal has been backed by both China and Russia.
