Pamela Smart

Pamela Smart was married to Greg Smart and was also involved with a 15 year old boy named Bill Flynn. Greg Smart was at his home and was approached by Bill Flynn and a few friends of his that were instructed by Pamela Smart to kill Greg so that she and Bill could be together. The police believe that it was a robbery gone badly be cause there was jewelry everywhere and a butchers knife was lying on the grass outside the home. Greg Smart was buried three days later. The father of Greg Smart noticed that Pamela had moved on very quickly when she was at home. She jumped over the pool of blood and walked past it with no emotion that was across her face. The three high school students were arrested and were attending the school that Pamela Smart was teaching at. Greg and Pamela had a rocky relationship after she discovered that he was having an affair with another woman. She met Bill Flynn and fell for him making him believe that she was going to be with him forever. She thought that the best way to do that was to get rid of her husband. She planned the whole thing out and made sure that her husband would be home at a specific time and at the right place. Bill Flynn was planning on using a gun or a knife to kill Greg. Bill felt highly pressured to kill him, he used the gun instead because he couldn't bring himself to slit Greg Smart's throat. During the trial, Bill seemed to have remorse for what he had done and Pamela had been putting all the blame on him since he pulled the trigger. Although Pamela Smart didn't pull the trigger, she did the planning of the murder which made her take a part of the blame for Greg's death.
