OJ Trial Race Card
The main controversy that is lingering following the trial is the uneasiness of the use of the race card. White people were mainly shocked whereas black people saw the outcome coming. They knew this would happen since it was a sort of way of payback for all the mistrials of their ancestors and misjustice. As well as validation that the legal system works the same way for a wealthy black person.

It was very manipulative of OJ to use the race card considering he wanted very little to do with the african american community and didn't want to be involved in their protests before the trial but afterwards he wanted to use them in order to win his case.
