Volume 24

After listening to volume 24, it is clear that there are now new issues to consider. It is first said in this volume that witnesses had far more testimony when the DOJ and FBI interviewed them than when they were interviewed on the scene. This is disturbing because it casts more doubt on whether or not their testimony is actually legitimate. They could have potentially added details that are completely wrong which could lead to a bad ruling. We also learned that they didn’t take Wilson’s belt into evidence. This could have contained potentially important evidence into whether Wilson had a Taser on him that he could have used instead of a gun. These stunning new revelations have an impact on how we interpret the evidence we have.
